Seven Track and Field Eagles Earn All Region Honors

Seven Eagles were named All Region on Friday, including junior Kacee Hooker (picture here). The indoor indoor season is over, but the spring outdoor track season is in full swing.

Bridgewater, Va. – On Friday, seven Eagles were named to the All Southeast Region Team for their performances during the indoor track season. 

Senior Chase Rosenthal was the most successful of the men as he was named all region in four different events: heptathlon (No. 7), triple jump (No.29), high jump (No.76) and 60m (No.58) hurdles.

First-year Anthony Cadle earned his All Region nomination based on his performance in the 5k.

Hometown first-year Peter Fulton was also named All Region for his shot put performance — which is ranked No. 93 in all of Division III.

On the Women’s side, first-year Adalia Coleman earned All Region nominations in two events — the 60m (No.23) and the 200m (No. 57). 

Junior sprinter Kacee Hooker also earned all conference in the same events as Coleman, the 60m (No.48) and 200m (No.42). 

Senior Erin Fitzpatrick earned an All Region nomination in the high jump (No.84). 

First-year thrower Alicia Tucker was also nominated for her performance in the shot put (No. 143)

The indoor track season has ended for these athletes, but they are in the thick of their outdoor track season.
