BC Baseball Faces Guilford for Senior Day

  • Senior Tristan Gordon, number 31, is the first up to bat. Gordon had eight putouts in the first game against Guilford.

  • Freshman Nick Dawson, number 41, is next up to bat for the Eagles. Dawson has had at least one hit per game the past four games.

  • Junior Lucas Bauer, number 10, heads to the outfield to warm up before Guilford is up to bat. Bauer had six total putouts against Guilford.

  • Freshman Ashton Smith, number 15, heads to the field for warmups before Guildford is up to bat. Smith had 1 hit against Guilford this past Saturday.

  • Eagles player, Dawson, gets in position at second base while Guilford prepares to bat. Both of the Eagles’ relief pitchers, junior Jared Peake and senior Brett Midkiff, helped the team to finish out the last few innings.

  • Gordon watches intently as he waits for an opportunity to tag out Guilford’s player on first base. Gordon had 1 run for the Eagles against Guilford.

  • Junior Joe Christopher, number 26, warms up before he starts pitching for the Eagles. Christopher had 2 earned runs against Guilford.

  • For the first game, the Quakers of Guilford pulled away with a win of 3-0 against the Eagles. Bridgewater will face Hampden-Sydney this Saturday, April 27 in an away double header to finish off their regular season.
